Our Commitment to Quality: 12-Month / 12,000-Mile Warranty

At LTE, we only use the highest quality parts, whether they are aftermarket or true OEM parts. Sometimes we cannot source new parts for some vehicles, or we must use refurbished parts that carry different warranties. If so, we will always clearly state on your work order that your warranty period has been adjusted. Unless otherwise specified, our shop guarantee is 12 months, 12,000 miles on both parts and labor.

If a part fails, the vehicle must return to LTE to utilize our warranty process. If inspection reveals the vehicle was used off-road or on track, the warranty is void unless ownership grants approval.

We guarantee we will never cut corners, install sub-par parts, or take the "easy" way out of a repair. Sometimes our pricing might be higher than other shops, but that's because we refuse to take shortcuts that result in a worse end-product.
